I make feta from goats milk. So I crumble up a good measure of that on my greens, always some of that spring garlic, and some holier-than-thou olive oil. That's usually it for the "dressing", unless I add some dill weed or fresh basil or mint or something for a kick.

One daughter makes a killer "ranch" with my home milked and cultured sour cream, buttermilk, plus some herbs and spices. And one son likes his absolutely plain.
