This is our first attempt and it has been serviceable for a year at least now.

We plan more of these for various things. This is one of the animal shelters. What I did today was to fix it, meaning I put replacement grommets where they had broken and replace broken bungee cords. This is bungee construction which is less sticky and more flexible than duck tape construction! But why do I always pick windy days to stretch tarps over PVC? It is sunny (temporary) and oh so warm. And delicious to be outside.
